Curious as to the relative value of one of my uber miners. The drone and Engineering skills are extremely strong. Toon can also fly Iteron V, as it was my first hauler toon and can fly the Logistics Basilisk. Fighting skills not trained but base electronic, engineering, mechanic and navigation skills allow him to be taken in almost any direction. Start of good trading skills but needs about 30-days more work to be a strong trader. Just needs skill books for the transport and freighter and could be flying both in less than a day.

My skill tree for him covers another 88-days with 12 more lvl 5 skills.
He also has 3 clones hanging around as well.
Complete low-sec ores would require about 25-days to complete for a complete miner of all types to lvl 4 and T2 crystals.
Comes with a full set of +4 standard learning implants. He also has 5 other implants to assist mining, navigation etc.
As a miner he is about as maxed out as he can be, coulped with stong engineering and drone skills he is a great miner.
A lot of tender loving care has gone into making this toon.

Nice character development. The drone and engineering skills are terrific. 
This guy could be in a cruise firing raven in about a week and with those drone and engineering skills he'd be a lvl 4 mission runner.
When you're ready to let go of this one then let me know. Could be in the 4 to 5 bil range for sure if you skilled up the BS and missile side.

Since you mentioned it, I ran up 2 skill plans for a drake and a raven.
 The Drake would take 8 days to get battlecruiser 4 and heavy missiles lvl 4. the engineering skills would allow for a complete t2 fit.
The Raven would take 20 days assuming you want BS lvl 4 and cruise missiles to lvl 4 as well. This would also take missile launcher to lvl 5 and weapon upgrades to lvl 4. Also, the existing skills would allow a t2 fit perma tank.
BTW... The Gallente Freighter would only take a few hours but to really get the best bang for the buck, Freighter lvl 4 and Advanced Spaceship Command lvl 4 would take 14 days.
Also, Transports to lvl 4 only takes +5 days for the Gallente ships, lvl 1 is only a 45 minute tick.

BTW... I am only 3h, 5m, and 27s away from cybernetics lvl 5. Just waiting for Targeting lvl 5 to finish up.

Thanks GFL... I will probably be letting go of this character in about 4 to 6 weeks. As for the 4.5b offer, I would probably be looking for more since the character can be taken into many different directions due to the strong fundamental skill base.
