Hi, i have a character on an alt account i no longer use due to not having any money to buy GTC. I cannot access the forums on this character i assume due to the accounts inactivity in the last 2months, is this the case? if so can i still sell the character without first buying gtc?
can i also get a price check on this character please. just incase selling it becomes the best action available.
the character is as follows:

comes with a few ships and assets cant remember the precise items
key skills are
has mining barge 5 -> so can train exhuamers asap.
learning skills are 5s for basics 4 for advanced
has mining, astrogeology, industry and refining 5

Afaik you can transfer the character even if the account has no game time, however the rules of selling characters say that you must post with the character your going to sell to prove its not banned.
Before you even consider selling the character, you need to upload its skills onto a website such as newforms in InEVE so that people can see them. You also need to state whether the wallet is positive and the current sec status.
That said I would price your character in the 1-1.5bil isk range, but I would personally start the bidding a bit lower than those figures.

got any suggestions to how i can prove its not banned?
i mean only thing i can think of is either my word or screenshot.

How will you get a screenshot if its not subscribed? PLus if you can get a screenshot then might as well get the API :)

i didnt mean in game i ment from the website, i can still login to the My account section but thats it. i have my api, but i cannot use that ineve thing cuz the account in inactive.
