Hey there !
as the the topic says im looking for an Able pilot with a certain skills as a must..
 Must have The Ability to use Heavy Assault ships Either Amarr or Galleante
Must have at least lvl 4 in some weapon categories relevant to the HA vessel that the pilot is certified for.
Must have a decent amount of learning skills
Battleship and Carrier Associated skills a Plus !
Carrier Cert a Plus but definitely not a must.
must have at least drones 4
thats the points...
Now im looking to do the trade sometime by the end of the month...
My budget = 2-3bil Possibly 4
Start dumping links to your characters ! :)

im will to barter with you but he is skilled well so im going to be looking around 3 bill for him due to time spent and the current market that is a fair price
or i could just put him on auction but then there chance you wont get him
