This character has been bread from Day 1 to invent and build Gallente Tech 2 ships for my main account, absolutely no wasted SP.
With the University semester coming up, I really need to get control over the number of accounts I have, and am reluctantly looking to sell this character.
Skill Sheet
Highlights:
 Memory/Intelligence attributes maxed at 30 and 28 respectively. Has the +5 implants installed for those attributes as well.
Mechanical Engineering, Gallente Encryption Methods, Gallente Starship Engineering all at level 5 (allows perfect chance invention on the majority of T2 Gallente ships)
Industry, Production efficiency, Mass production, all at level 5 for excellent base to mass produce T2 Ships with 0 waste.
Research, Science, Labratory Operation, all at level 5.
This character learns at a blistering pace, so you can expect him to easily clear almost 2m SP per month, which you can easily observe based on the characters age.

I don't mean to offend you, but a 10m sp char with a 2,5b STARTbid seems off. I would say 2.5b is more like a buyout for this amount of sp. No offence meant, nice char, but just thought i'd drop my 2 cents. |

In-game buyout of 3.4 B confirmed from Atter. I have accepted. Romulus Augustus will be transferred upon recieving funds to an account confirmed via eve-mail from Atter in 24 hrs to allow research completion.
