K--- Every time i get on this forum i see a BB setup question.
It's really not that hard folks.
Highslots. 3 launchers a gun or a smartbomb.
Medium- Jammers, Dampeners, tanking, or scrambling/webbing. (any of these)
Low- Whatever the heck you want. Probably cap relays or power diags.
The BB has to be the easiest ship to setup, just decide what you want to do in the med slots, and do it. FFS!

Hislots-good stuff
Midslots-more good stuff
Loslots-even more good stuff
Cant go wrong with a rig like that

Weirda totally believe that you should always put at least 1 bad stuff in the Lowslots! Geez... You gonna get Ganked in a second with that setup!

im sorry to say muab'dib, but what an enormous load of bs this topic is. and you dare to ask a sticky for it?
You start discribing 'the ultimate setup' for a BB so that we dont have to expect BB setup topics in the future.
Now for the high slots i have to congratulate you, you figured out that in PvP you need launchers over guns a skill which ranks somewhere between tying your shoe laces and not choking to death on your drool in the universal spectrum of skills, to quote a famous weblog.
While mostly high slots decern whether you are going PvP of PvE, medslots define your means of doing it, style if you may (e.x. speed, tackling or jamming). Now you give us literaly all the possible options to fit here. Thanks for reminding me that i can choose myself what i want to fit 
But the most brilliant have to be the low slots. Your suggestion, that makes every other BB-setup-topic obsolete, to fit in the lowslots is: *drummroll* whatever the heck i want. Brilliant!
im sorry i have to turn all my rage onto you, but i get a tad bit tired of all those 'leetars'/'pwnars' who think they really help 'the nubs' by posting some of their so called advanced insight into setups
Next thing i know you suggest that you shouldnt fit more than 2 launchers on an apoc...

3x sensor boosters, 1x mwd, 1x webber, 1x warp scrambler
2x overdrives
