Welcome to High Stakes Lotto - Draw #1!
You have seen a lot of lotteries offering very nice ships and/or modules as prizes for the winners. This lottery is different: Instead of winning an item/ship you might have no use for, you will win pure liquid ISK - a lot of it - to buy the prize you really want! 
Also, there's not only one lonely winner as in other lotteries, making all others losing their money. High Stakes Lotto will have six winners on each and every draw! If you are really lucky, you might win twice or even more in a single draw ... please read on to learn how it works:
How does it work? - It's really simple ...
- 49 tickets are available at a price of 200.000.000,00 (200m) ISK each, and if you want to raise your odds, you may buy more than one ticket.
- 6 tickets will win 1.500.000.000,00 (1.5b) ISK each! That is almost a 13% chance to win even if you buy just one single ticket!
- Winners will be taken from the UK National Lotto, using the first draw after the last ticket has been sold.
- The six winners are the first six drawn balls, the bonus ball does not win (see this example image).
- If any of the tickets remain unsold until September 2nd, 2008, I will refund all tickets bought so far to the buyers within 24h after that date.
How to enter High Stakes Lotto? - Very easy ...
- Pick your ticket number(s) by posting in this thread.
- Send the ISK to the this Character, HighStakes Lotto. As this character is audited by EBANK, please make sure you send the ISK with the exact character you posted with!
- After you have posted, your numbers will be noted on the list below and reserved for 24h. If you don't send the ISK within that 24h, your numbers will be free to take for others again. As soon as I recieve your payment, your tickets will be marked as confirmed in the list below.
- Don't edit your posts. If you need to change anything, just create a new post.
- When all tickets are sold, I'll post which draw of the UK National Lotto will be used to determine the six winners.
I'm a winner! How do I claim my prize? - Quick iskies for you ...
- When all tickets have been sold and the UK National Lotto has drawn the winners, I'll post the winning tickets in here.
- If you are one of the six lucky ones, I will wire your prize directly to your wallet within 24h.
- After you have seen your wallet jump up, please confirm that you received your prize in this thread.

Why should I trust you with my hard-earned ISK? - Well, you don't even have to ...
You don't have to trust me, just trust EBANK. As the largest financial entity of New Eden, they've been trusted with well over 1 trillion ISK up to this day by their thousands of customers. I already have deposited the full value of all 49 tickets at EBANK as collateral prior to this post (confirmation in this thread will follow soon). They also have access to the journal of this character via API Key and are able to track all transactions related to High Stakes Lotto. If I fail to pay out any prizes to the winners or to pay back the ticket prices for any unsold lotteries within 24h, EBANK will refund your ISK fully as soon as possible, leaving you with no loss at all. If you still are in doubt, I'm afraid there's not much more I can do about it, other than advise you to not take part in this lottery.

Hi, some friendly advice and a free bump for you.
Investing 200m for the chance to possible win 1.5b is not going to be worth it in most peoples eyes once you factor in the percentage chance.
