Someone has been going arround and buying up all the nocx and putting it up to sell for 279.5... is there some trillionair messing with the market or is ccp trying to shift the prices about? With intended focus on low-sec boosting by devs it is unlikely that Nocx will crash further downwards, i.e. making it less profitable to be in low-sec. 3) This means it an investment with a clear exit strategy, and that coupled with certain views on it's longterm "actual price/relative price ratio" makes it reasonable longterm investment. Is it the best investment? No I wouldn't put all my money into Nocx, but I think it belongs in certain investment portfolios.

We've got two other nerfs coming down the pipeline before the devs can even think about 'fixing' lowsec. The suicide ganking nerf and speed nerf have yet to hit, it's a bit too early to speculate in nocx. That said it was a successful manipulation.
