Best character build for a mining/refining alt?

If this character is just going to sit in station and train skills until you are in a hulk then it really doesn't matter what race, unless you want to go with one with better stats for faster training, and it is pretty much accepted that the best race for stats is the caldari achura. As for ship skills, the barges are non-racial so it doesnt matter what race you choose, you will have the same amount of time to train to get that barge. -=^=-

Anybody? :) Every Race has similar templates, which all are similar enough that within a day you are as close as any other choice you could make. Getting into a Hulk is weeks of training no matter what because of high rank of the skills required to fly it.
Oweim Gallente Sephray Industries	Posted - 2008.08.25 11:48:00 - [4] I created my 2nd character with that in mind, started (believe) Industry/mining. It put me roughly 12 days from retriever and 79 days from hulk (per evemon). Training learning has me in a retriever (for week now) and within 42 days of HULK (working on other skills now but it is coming next as soon as drone and support skils are up). We have enough retrievers in corp now that I trained up new characters skills to also help haul. ------- Link because I'm lazy... Go Ducks
