Im sure it would, but why tf would you want to do lvl 4's in a sac. It will take forever to kill stuff, and missions aren't the most exciting things going.

Coz my only mission ship atm is an Apocalyspe and I have a hard time doing missions such as The Assault (Guristas) or Angel Extravaganza (Blood Raiders, Gallente, Amarr, Corpii stuff are weak to EM/Thermal so it's easy enough with that Apoc)

No - 246 DPS is just too low to do level 4s.
I'd fit HAMs, personally, and use the relatively high speed of the Sac to get into range - the damage from 5 unbonused heavies will be dreadful. You're talking less damage than a full-passive Drake, even with that one BCS. Additionally, you can probably drop the thermic hardener and just fit the kinetic, or fit an EANM (whichever works best) in order to fit a second BCS. I've run AEs in a Sacrilege, and the tank was never an issue - using 2 MARS and an EANM, I only ever had to turn on the second MAR when I got webbed in range of multiple battleships. I know your resists are a bit lower here, but if you can permarun two reps you should definitely be fine with just the one hardener.
The main problem is the damage though, even with HAMs and 2 BCS it still takes a long time to take down battleships. For that reason I fitted a medium neut in the last high-slot - you'll generally have enough cap to run it (as the second MAR will be off) and it reduces the rats' chance to use their reps, so you'll be getting through their tank that little bit quicker. Think of it as a high-slot damage mod.
Still - it might well turn out that your Apoc does things faster anyway. You can fit a couple of cruiser launchers and have a decent drone bay, plus your raw damage output is so much higher that even against Guristas resists you'll likely be doing more damage overall than a HAM Sac (and definitely more damage than your OP). Either grin and bear it, decline Guristas missions or move to an agent with a better mission pool would probably be better options unless you can get fast performance from that Sac.

hi, nothing wrong in doing l4 with hacs. its more fun and the sac is nice too. use it for angel and drones. gall/gur missions are better done in a cerb if you have the skills. concerning your setup: i think you dont need that massive a tank. speedtank with ab and have a dualrep with one hardener. get the dps up and your fine. anyways, my setup with roughly 450 dps, permarunning:
high: 5 x ham II 1 x hpl II with scorch med: 10mn ab II web 2 x cap recharger II low: 2 x mar II 1 x eanm II 2 x bcu II rigs: bay thrusters calefaction catalyst drones: 3 x hobg. II
always move and kill webbing stuff first. battleships hit you only for laughable damage, so take them last.

The guys saying it'll work (kinda) speak the truth.
Just a hint about your apocalypse vs. angels atleast. The major killer for your dps on them isn't so much the damagetype as the transversal. Try putting a web on the battleships or head towards/away from them, that works a treat. Alternatively, get used to popping things as they approach - that gets rid of them fast

use HAMs. Sac with AB will be fast enough for it to be viable at least

You're better off using javelins if you want range. You'll still get more dps.
(all skills lvl V, assuming Guristas do 75% kinetic, 25% thermal)
Tank Sacrilege vs Guristas:
[Sacrilege, Sacrilege] Medium Armor Repairer II Medium Armor Repairer II Armor Kinetic Hardener II Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II
10MN Afterburner II Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II
Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Torrent Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Torrent Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Torrent Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Torrent Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Torrent Assault Missile [empty high slot]
Anti-Thermic Pump I Anti-Kinetic Pump I
Hobgoblin II x3
442 DPS, 384 with javelins. Permatanks 424 damage.
Or remove the hardener and add another BCS for 10% more damage, but defense goes down to 296.

I did lvl4 missions in a Sac when the Khanid changes came around. Ended up pimping it out a bit and with Domination gear it really was a bit of fun.
You don't need much tank when you are moving. I think T2 should be OK, but move to a single A-type rep setup as soon as you feel comfortable. Get CN BCU's and Domination everything else if you feel like it.
5 Hams (Jav and CN ammo) AB, Web, PWNAGE (helps a lot with frigs), Cap recharger A-type Rep, 2 BCU, EANM, DC, OR A-type Rep, 2 BCU, 2 Overdrives. 2 Bay loading thruster rigs (or whatever the missile speed rigs are called.) 3 hobgoblins
Looks thin, but kill the frigs first and you'll be taking almost no damage. Overdrive setup is faster, and was pretty safe even with Javs loaded. Not as fast as a BS for lvl4s
