Hello
As the title says, I am looking for a basic covert ops char with half decent probing skills
Here is a list of the skills I would like the char to have:
Astrometric Pinpointing
Astrometric Triangulation
Astrometrics
Hacking
Science
Signal Aquisition
Cloaking
Covert Ops
The higher these skills are the better really, if a few are missing then thats fine.
Not really wanting to break the bank here so mainly looking for characters with 8mil sp or below, I'm open to any offers if the char is really good then I will spend the extra isk to get it.

Very interesting offer indeed, and something to bear in mind.
A bit lacking on the probing skills but the best so far.
Still keen to get an idea of what else there is to offer though :)

I sold this char for 2.5 bill two days ago. That should tell you approximately the pricerange.

The probing skills arn't everything but like I say the higher they are the better. In a perfect world I would like a char with the main ones to 5 but if not I can just train them myself.
