i want a starter character that has a start towards pve.
the basics requirements are that the learning skills at 4-4 or 5-4, no extraneous indy and science skills, and aimed towards battleships or hac. focused characters with good tank and capacitor. do not want frigate 5.

interesting characters, but I must pass on both.
first character does not meet my learning requirement, one race training, and allocation of attributes does not suit my needs.
second character seems like its focused on lower scale than I would like. ratting in battlecruiser is not what I have in mind.
Looking for a battleship or hac starter character.

thank you for the last two offers.
the first one seems like a decent character, but not what I have in mind. Too many sp with implants for what its intended (no battleship and do not believe you can get in hac anyways). Too expensive anyways. 3 billion start + whatever bid to ... rat in cane/rupture?
the second one interest me alittle. NM. Saw your sales thread. 1 bil start and 3 bil buyout is a bit much for a 6 mil no frills character. I must pass.

with my char, u need only 6 day for raven. but u can see the char is ready for HAC

I am considering selling my alt - this guy. I don't have a linky to show details but I put him together as an alt mission running cash cow I could switch to when our corp was at war. He has:
- 5.6 Million skill points
- Learning is at V with all other non-Charisma learning skills at IV
- +1 Implants
- Battlecruiser V
- Owns a Raven (Caldari character)
- Missile Launcher V and Heavy Missiles IV
- Other key missile skills are III or IV
- Drones V and Combat & Scout Drones III
- I know you said no extraneous industry skills but he has Mining V and owns a Retreiver too.
- Caldari Frigate IV
- Caldari Cruiser IV
- Currently in Minmatar space with access to Lvl 3 missions with Republic Fleet
I have no idea of his worth, but he sounds like he may fit your requirements.

Rahmi Koc character needs more work to rat effectively (too much work) and have a starter I been trained at that is closer to using a raven. Also no way I am paying the price you marketed him on forum.
