Hai guys, back from black training hac to 5. Ive been ghostin the forums during the 2 months ive been unactivated and one thing caught my eye. Can a player with -5 sec or worse go into highsec and not get wtfbbqed by concord instantly? I ask because I need to fetch a ships. Oh and the sort of warp time im wondering is that of a 1600 plated maller or zealot.

the faction police don't scramble anymore, but players do... So it depends on how active the systems that you need to get the ships out from are.

Faction police do still scramble and web if you're an outlaw, I'm 100% sure on this. It's only the FW participants that get off lightly.

Here is how it works if you are an outlaw...
You will be locked pretty quickly by faction police, they will web you near instantly, so if you've started warping then you shouldn't have any dramas as you will instawarp.
HOWEVER, if you hang around they will point you within about 10-20 seconds, infinite point that is. They will web, neut and generally pound you to dust.
So it is possible to get a ship through hisec, just nano it up a bit and fit one or two stabs for those nasty players who have some awareness on the gates and you're laughing.

There's still an element of randomness to it. I've been instalocked and scrambled straight after decloaking in a shuttle before.

Did it just fit a few inertia stabs to my ship for the journey. Faction police had me webbed but not scrambled

Hopefully it happens in something more expensive than a maller... like a rigged Sac or a Zealot.
I was screwing around on the test server and shot a Faction NPC at a highsec gate, my Vaga got webbed down to 0.3m/s with the MWD on... anyone know if this is an upcoming change or a new "feature"? Running back to the gate saved my ass several times when flying drunk and jumping into the wrong system, this could be bad.. guess I'll be testing it again
