Hey gang!
Just a quick question for you more experienced complex runners...
Have any of you ever gotten anything of substantial value from a Drone complex? I've run several and all I get are the Overseer Personal Effects. Although in some cases they may be nice, but is there ever anything better than that?

The uber hive complex in 0.0 gives a boss drone that salvages for 2 billion in t2 parts PLUS... if you search you can find a screen shot of the kill...
The 5/10 drone plex is fairly good... It's an old school DED plex with gates and weak rats compared to todays t2 and faction fit ships like mauraders and tier3 bs. Bring a t2 hauler with expanders for the plex as you can easily get 20000m3 of drone loot as well as many overseer tiers.
The best thing about the 5/10 plex is you can find one in a sleepy .4 plex as an unknown site...

I've ran into a few drone chains that have dropped a stilly amount of tech II salvage before, but thats about all I've seen drop a non-DED plex. Not that I minded making like 50 mil off a high sec escaltion.

T2 passive drake with 5 small t2 drones... Use an EM t2 shield hardener...
Drones arent that weak to kinetic, but the tank lets you just speed to gates while popping whatever...
Also these plexes have swarms of small drones that do almost zero damage, so having light drones is best to clear them out in a hurry...
