Info:
Pure Minmatar, not a single skill point spent on any other race bar the one level in small energy turret which she was cursed with upon creation. Combat driven this is simply an awesome character which I've really enjoyed creating.
She can fly the following Minmatar ships, with all support skills to lvl4 (bar missile skills):
Frigates, Cruisers, Battleships, Industrials, Assault Ships, Heavy Assault Ships, Transport Ships, Battlecruisers, Command Ships, Covert Ops, Interceptors, Logistics, Force Recon, Stealth Bomber, Combat Recon Ship, Freighters, Dreadnoughts.
I haven't put her in a Carrier yet because I don't have the need but all the support skills are there thanks to her Dreadnought skills, it would be a couple days worth of training to get the Carrier and Fighter skills done.
Simply put this character takes her skill points and uses every bit. Every skill that's worth having is to at least level 4. Take another look at her char sheet here and tell me that doesn't look sweet  .
Level 4 Skills: 77 (59.23%)
Level 5 Skills: 49 (37.69%)
Attributes:
Intelligence = 17.60
Perception = 28.60
Charisma = 18.70
Willpower = 25.30
Memory = 17.60
Selling points:
 Pure Minmatar, not a skill point wasted.
Wide range of ship classes flyable and fully skill supported.
Starbase Defense vl 4
Tech 2 Heavy Drones
All support Gunnery Skills to lvl 5, Small, Med, Large Artillery and Autocannon Specialisation to lvl 4
Dreadnought ready, days away from a Carrier if you want.
Wallet will be at 5k Isk
Security Standings: 0.34
Can't say much more then that  .
Starting bid = 7 billion.
Reserve = Hidden.
Buy out = Not set, you can eve mail or post offers.
Increments = Minimum 250 million.
Sniper Rule = 15 minutes.
Auction will end Friday 29th August 2008 at 21:00 Eve Time.
Nacis will receive the isk.

dude this is a very nice character and is worth what she is asking.
I have seen less skilled characters go for more.
