I saw a chart/spreadsheet that showed what salvaged materials were used in what bpo (or that's what I think it did; It may have been items to Tech 2 components.) and I am trying to (re)locate it. Looked through the link threads in the industry forum and most of the link threads here.
Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

grismar.net has an ingame browser tool for rigs. you just drag and drop your current salvage bits and it'll tell you exactly what you can make from it all.

tbh - the OP didn't appear to know they were for rigs, it looked to me like they thought that salvage parts were for T2 building.
