After reading the Eve Chronicle story, Lady PhancaÆs pet furrier, I was intrigued and decided to see if I could purchase one of these interesting alien pets.
But I found no listings for the creature anywhere.
Do they exist ingame? I realize this might seem a bit less important than many issues raised in these forums; but I rather enjoy reading a story and then being able to find the items ingame. It makes the backstory come alive; and it's fun.

My CEO/real life best friend has probably one of the only possible pets most likely in eve.
He got it from a drop, either mission drop or a NPC drop, not sure witch.
He's got a "slaver hound" It's a slaver guard dog and loyal pet.
It looks like some them giant lord of the ring hienas.
You could offer him probably 20 mill and he won't sell it.
I have not heard of any others seeing or getting a "slaver hound" and neither has he.

Sadly, much of the backstory has yet to actually become a part of EVE. I think most of it is planned though.

You can by them on the market for 1000isk and up

I have a family of those doggies... they were liberated from their former amarr master and are now living with me. If you¦re interested, I think I could imagine parting with one or two pups, provided that you can assure me that they¦ll go to a nice family.

who needs a pet furrier when u can have pet minmatar slaves?
I got like 500 of those things....cant give em away. Not cute enough i guess...
