Well guys, in retort to the "Favorite games post" I'm gonna ask;
What is your favorite ever consoles?
Mine are the following;
1)Mega Drive
2)X-box
3)SNES
The days of owning a SNES and a Mega-drive...ahh, those were the days. Such good consoles. :D

My first love was the C64... I've spent countless hours having fun with Basic :P And it's still my favourite...

Even though its launch was a disaster, Sega Saturn still rules.Especially Japanese imports.
The X-Box is an overrated piece of tosh, in my opinion.The thing that makes a console great are the games available to it.. Other than Halo and Pandora Tommorow there havn't been a great deal of X-Box only quality titles so far.
Also, XboxLive is full of 12 year old little ****ers who log off to avoid a loss.Hmmm, that tactic sounds mighty familiar.. Where have we seen that before?

Hehe. :P You just have to look around for decent games on the Xbox. The problem with it is that people don't like it because it's made by microsoft. :P
The future releases are looking great. :)
Ever played Phantom Crash for it? Fantastic game.

Xbox is really good. I'm having a blast with Ninja Gaiden at the moment - jeez that game's unforgiving!
Love my Gamecube too, but my favourite console was the Dreamcast - 'Samba da Amigo' anyone?

atari vcs 2600
yeah :)
followed by a c64 with datasette
games stored on audio-tapes, hehe.
1991 i bought a gameboy.

i still have fond memories of playing my first RPG, Phantasy Star 2, on the Sega Genesis (MegaDrive). my first games for it were Sonic The Hedgehog (came with it) and Sonic 2, which came in the mail by rebate! i was so excited.
such fun days!
after that, i got a Sega CD attachment for it (the first model with the motorized CD tray!) and fell in love with Lunar and Lunar - Eternal Blue.
after that, i bought a SNES, and thrilled to Final Fantasy IV (was called FFII in the U.S. at the time) and later Final Fantasy VI (III at the time). i even played FF - Mystic Quest! lol
and then Zelda 3 of course. :D
another SNES fav was a action/RPG called Brain Lord. if you like Zelda-like play, and enjoy puzzle-solving, find this for an emulator and play it! i guarantee you won't be disappointed with the game play. very sweet game.
i have a PS2 now, and have bought the Playstation remakes of the Lunar games, and also enjoy horror games liek the Resident Evil games for it, plus my all-time favorite horror series: SILENT HILL. so scary!
i don't think i'll ever bother with an Xbox for some reason. might do a Gamecube, tho.

Anything with a Nintendo stamp really :)
The exclusive titles from Nintendo gives them such a advantage ( IMO )
My favorit would be the N64 cause of the classics that have been released on it :)

1. SNES (so simple, but yet so much fun )
2. N64 (so many classic games)
3. Xbox (Halo/Pandora Tommorow/KOTOR)

I gotta give love to the sega genesis.
Shadowrun on the genesis was one of the best games ever (shadowrun on the SNES was stupid just in case you think they're the same), and it had Dune and Master of Monsters. Also don't forget Lunar on the Sega CD that was an amazing game.
Best console game ever was Romance of the Three Kingdoms 2
