And if you need this ship because of war or so on and you have the money, you will buy it. However it now appears to be on the decline as more have been influxing to the marketplace. Where there is increased demand, so many manufacturers will switch their production focus to meet that demand. This has now happened and prices are beginning to stabalise at sub 20bil. Prices have never (to my knowledge) gone as high as 24 bil ISK. I would offer 15 bil as a capped offer. I think that a 36% profit is more than acceptable for a quicker sale.

I would pay only pay 20 something bill if it was officer fitted so gl

You want a cheap MS, Buy all the BPO's and build yourself one! Oh and The CSAA to build it in.... umm and pos, fuel etc etc... Look at the whole picture not your view.
