Haiduken formally withdraws it's support for Heth's regime in the current war. It has become clear to us now, that we are only to be used as cannon fodder in the war, with only worthless bits of metal (not even made from megacyte, just polished tritanium) with ribbons and meaningless titles to reward us for our sacrifices made in the war.
We thought the cause righteous and just.
We thought we were reclaiming our homeland and birthright.
Instead we became pawns in Heth's grab for power. It became blindingly obvious to us when Star Fraction declared war on us for our loyal service to the state, and when we turned to our "brothers" and patron nation for support, our requests went unheard and unanswered save for a sympathetic "Tough luck". Even from fellow Caldari corps that were at war with Fraction, help was not forthcoming.
We did not shy away from Fraction however and have inflicted numerous losses and won a decisive battle or two that gave Fraction pause, and even made them continue the war to even the score. We will not shy away from a fight when there is a reason to fight, but now, there is no reason to continue hostilities as we are both killing each other just for the sake of killing each other, not for a cause. So I extend to Star Fraction, the olive branch of peace and request a cessation of hostilities as neither side has a valid reason to continue the war.

The war between The Star Fraction and Haiduken is coming to an end. The Star Fraction has retracted the war against Haiduken. The war will be declared as being over after approximately 24 hours.
On behalf of Star Fraction alliance I recognize the Haiduken statement and formal withdrawal from the Caldari Militia. I commend the pilots of Haiduken for their personal endurance and teamwork and though it is always painful to realize that one's cause is false and Heth's ambitions purely the territory of lies and false dogma - truth is better than delusion and I know that Haiduken will flourish in the breaking of these chains to nationalist deceit.
Warriors of Haiduken. You are better by far than those cowardly dregs that remain in Heth's militia. With the formal retraction of the war we wish you the best in your future whatever individual aspiration you choose beyond the restrictions of crass imperial tyranny.
