sorry, but a hulk pilot that can barrily fly a hulk and cant use any tech 2 mining stuff. and got crap industry skills isnt gonna get you 1.2 bil. let alone 1.9 bil.
take a look at prices of other hulk pilots here. look at their skills. and from there go for the price. the price right now is to high.

Finished training Mining Barge 5. Currently at 3,228,684 SP. Ineve isn't loading for me, so I will update skills later today. Made another price drop.

You still need Exhumers 3 and spaceship command 4 before you can make any claim to being a hulk pilot.
