Hi,
as i'm totaly new to low sec, i have no clue at all how to fit a ship for low sec ops like lvl5s and stuff. I've played a bit with EFT and this was the outcome so far:

I guess this is a little too much of everything, and if i allready knew what role my fleets wants me in, it would be a lot easier of course. It would probably be better to skip that tank and just put in some sentry damage rigs and more ewar or energy stuff, to play the logistics/anti pirate role?

you wont do lvl 5s in a dominix without plenty of support, many have nos towers that will kill your cap instantly, but you can do plexes and lvl 4s.
drop the reactor control and the grid rig, use only all passive cap charge, you dont need a warp disruptor,
something like 5 cap charger 2, dual large t2 reps, 3 active hardeners (mission specific if needed) 1 eanm2 and 1 dcu 2. and 3 cap control rigs. use the rest of the grid for your guns and remote reps. this is a standard lvl 4 dominix tank.
if you have lots of extra cap, drop a cap charger and run a omnidirectional drone tracking unit and garde 2 will hit out to 45km.
why is it that most people who answer to setup questions are less helpful than a second rectum?

You mentioned Lvl 5 missions and flying with other corp members. If you can find a corp member who flies a totally passive ship(eg: Drake, Nighthawk, Projectile Myrmi, etc), the Domi can be an excellent support BS since you can fit a lot of remote shield reps but still put out 400-600 dps with drones.
My Lvl 5 support setup is designed without rigs for ease of replacement if it ever gets popped but if you stick a few CCC rigs on it, then you can free up some low slots for a bit of tank in case you guess wrong about when to cloak for new spawns.
High:
5-6: Large S95a Partial Shield Transporter
0-1: Cloaking Device (used on missions with lots of respawns to control agro)
Mid:
5: Cap Rechargers(either Meta4 or T2 depending on fitting skills)
Low:
1: LAR (Meta4/T2)
1: DCU II
5: CPR (Meta4/T2)
Drones:
6x Sentry
6x Heavy
5x Medium
5x Light
Fit damage type to mission rats
EDIT: I should add that the reason you're the support ship for a totally passive main ship is because of the Neut towers that Gaiam mentioned. For example: Screenshot.
