Actually many people i highsec has never seen a capital other than Chribbas. So in part it's also other people than Chribba that is affected by this change. Yay For the new ALIGN BUTTON !!!!

The thread he made on his 'veldspar' tattoo may have triggered it - it might have encouraged unhealthy behaviour. But on a more serious note, I've read some chaps suggesting that it did the programmers a favour, the moving caps out of high sec business. "I had a read of the General discussion section. While Chribba started the complaint, it has really taken a life of it's own as lots of other people chime in because THEY feel that having the small number of capitals in hi-sec was something that added something to the game for them. It is also tieing into the feeling that CCP is slowly taking away uniqueness and player generated content which stirs up a lot. Probably the only reason they haven't started removing things like the T2 BPOs is it would effect the dev's own alliances too much,.. but other things have been slowly going away.

Because people (ALL the people, not just Chribba) who built their high-sec capitals when it was still possible got them in a legitimate way through legitimate game mechanics at the time - now we don't simply move/remove their stuff for no good reason. I saw this argument propping up a mile away at some point. Those Tribal Tempests/Imperial Apocs... etc... Were Officially Awarded For Winning a Tournament. Chribbas Dreadnaught happened to be in Amarr when whatever patch it was happened. People say, why do you care? It doesn't affect you, they're crap at mining really, they can't shoot anything or do anything. and I say that's whats so funny, Dreadnoughts are pointless in highsec, all these people whining about there highsec dread being moved is akin to saying NOOOO MY E-pen0r. It's not like every other nerf whine that at times is valid where it's "CCP you've stopped me from doing this or that". About the only ability they had in highsec was wowing noobs and stroking the owners epeen. If CCP has anything professional about them at all, which I have full confidence in them that they do, they haven't left it till now to move them because they are jerks, they moved them because they must be obstructing some sort of future plan. If people really care so much why not make Chribbas dreadnaught thing official and vote for it to be officially awarded to him or something. A modified variation of a dreadnaught maybe with fixes on it to stop whatever problem it was causing if it shuts Chribba and his Friends and all their alts up from clogging the forums with their tears.

I dont own any high sec cap ships. I will never own or fly any cap ship. I have never dealt with chribba I have never even spoken to cribba. I have never even used any of his sites. I sill want him to have his dread in high sec... What do you say to that?

Considering that the vast majority of Eve pilots never leave the comfort of high-sec space. Chribba's veldnaught gives them the opportunity to peer through the looking glass and see what's possible in 0.0. What I do the rest of the time - Vote for a Jita bypass!
