hello everybody ive been hearing some rumours about state ravens do they exzist in eve if so are the bpos or bpcs or where can you buy them they look pretty badass

they exist, but ull never ever have one :P
no bpo's, no bpc's..they are prizes for winning tournements etc, less than 20 in game iirc
poudly annoying fc's since 2007

They were given out as a prize for winning the alliance torny. I think there are around 5-7 in game.
Expect to pay around 15 to 25 Billion easy for one, Probably a hell of alot more. If you can find someone who wants to sell theirs.
Oh and no BPO's or BPC's.

i've heard they are going to be removed from the game because new players cant gain them and that's unfair and harsh...

The state raven is noting more than a status symbol. Even if you had the need to lose a lot of money quickly you can't really bring them to PVP. While they are fearsome ships to be sure there is simply no way to replace them when they explode no matter how wealthy you are.
On the plus side, one can get an overheated active tank that absorbs 25k dps but that fitting relies on having the nearly inobtainable State Issue Raven and a whole host of nearly inobtainable officer modules.

There are 80, divided between 4 games, each perpendicular of use to each 'state' as referred to in each respective game, but only when ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting by simple majority, or, in the case of more major or frequent occurrences, by a two-thirds majority.
