- the ability to easily buy other rookie ships
- rig-ability (200 calib would be fine, or civilian rigs)
- faction rookies!

They all need an extra mid-slot, or they're useless in PVP. A warp scrambler and a civvy afterburner are the bare minimum IMHO.

Reaper needs a serious buff IMHO.
Speed bonus per level? WTF is this CCP when everyone else gets a damage bonus of some sort.

Reaper needs no bonus, I've taken down a guy in a cruiser with one and to be honest that's good enough for me.
Admittedly it was a newb in a cruiser but a cruiser NONE THE LESS!

If you cannot beat someone 5 on 1 no matter what the ships are, you shouldn't be playing this game.

2 medslots, 3 calibration points, civilian rigs with 1 calib point each.
maybe include building rigs and using them in the tutorial.
