After i have seen the prices which were paid for this in the last 2 auctions i felt encoured to offer mine.
so here it is, for auction an
Energized Adaptive Nanomembrane T2 BPO
Auction rules
End time: 7. September // 16:00 eve-time
Sniper rule: 15 minutes
Start bid: 30b
Reserve: hidden (revealed when met)
Buyout: 40b
Minimum increment: 500m
atm the bpo is in production for 2 day intervals, so if the buyout is taken u will get ur bpo within 2 days max.
fyi, production time is 1 hour 6 minutes at station.

buyout from "black steel" accepted  but due to the remaining production time pending for the next 2 days.
and yes if he fails to claim the contract the item goes to "Ancorehraq sis" for the buyout price

why do ppl say this?.
u make isk with the BPO then at the end sell it, that means you make profit on what you produced before normally getting your isk back on the BPO.

yeah d solo is right, i don t know where this stupid opinion comes from with bpo's.
if u are able to sell the bpo for the same price u bought it, then u make profit from day one. 
but obviously there are some people in this game who have already realized this ( see buyers )

But the asset value of the bpo should be representative, 40b for this bpo is ridiculus.. ..there's a reason why theres a glut of t2 bpo's being sold off atm the asset values of the bpos are way overpriced.. ..I can only hope the people buying them up are collecters, because I think they'll struggle to get their isk back if they try to resell in a few months.. ..either that or they'll find some other mug to pay the astromical price before realising their mistake..

little scam , a lot of people buy bpo to resell theme with X+20% of they're value at start, so for me it's just a big scam
a bpo t2 is good when you can make isk after 1.5 year max

It cannot be called a scam as it is open what is being sold, now if it was a t1 bpo being advertised as a t2 then that would be a scam !
Also while some people may think it overpriced ( me incl ) 2 people have offered buyout's and no doubt more would be willing to pay that amount, so this is the going rate no matter what profit was in it.

since there are at least 2 guys who valued the bpo at this price it seems this is the price for it.
regardless what u say t2 bpo aren t falling from the sky anymore. playerbase rising, more money ingame and still the same amount of t2 bpo.
nobody forces u to buy a t2 bpo.
so since this is the sell forum and not market discussions stay the hell out of this thread with ur opinions or bid on the BPO

Realizing their mistake? On what grounds do you make your statement of them depreciating in value? Most t2 bpo's have only raised in price, and they will continue to raise due to them no longer being seeded and becoming more scarce as people leave the game with them in the hangar. Not to mention the fact that they're really the only(semi-readily avail.) major isk sink in this game and as people become more and more ridiculously rich they have nothing better to spend their isk on than bpo's -bpo's being bid on other ridiculously rich players only raising the price even more. -If you go to Zimbabwe you can be a billionaire with 1$, however you won't be able to afford a can of food with that bill.
