Well, since goodbye posts are allowed now in a certain manner I would like to use this space and time to say goodbye to the people I've gotten to know in EVE. I'll be joining the blue berets in Liberia for the greater good of the people down there and will hopefully be back in a year or so.
Meanwhile I will be lending my twin brother my account. He's been drewling over my shoulder ever since I first showed him this game, but he's kind of a hobo and hasn't been able to pay for his own account. Now seems like a good time for him to leach on me and experience it 
I'd like to say thank you to all of my acquaintances out there, both enemies and allies. I'd also like to... apologize... to everyone I've caused grief out there in my style of play. Hopefully noone holds grudge for that any longer, but one never knows.
Go easy on my bro. I suspect he'll spend all of my hard earned cash way too fast with his limited experience of watching screenshots and reading the forums. Try not to scam him too much, he's kinnda dumb compared to me and might fall for it easily. Which will make me a sad, sad man when I return! 
Anyway, I think that sums it up. I know CCP has changed (or is going to) the EULA for account transfers and so. If you read this and consider this to be a problem in any way, please contact me by mail so we can talk this over. I still plan on paying with my own card for this account, I'm just letting my bro "safekeep" it till I get back.
