no matter what they are used for, if you cant get your capitals in high sec, there should be non there even if they are build
and because some one ingame got alot of supporters and they start whining on forums, it should not chance CCPs decision

Off topic, but they were actually created by a guy named Crumplecorn, who was (is now again? I have seen him back a bit) a fairly prolific poster here. Unlike many he was also intelligent, reasonable, and most heavily in his favor - I usually agreed with his points. They are also free to use for others if you follow the rules at the top of course.

You are talking a lot about what "should" be done. Are you a qualified decision maker or what ? Ever heard of the expression "provision made to safeguard existing standards" (Bestandsschutz) ?
And why exactly do you want them out of highsec ? Let me guess, because you don't own one, you envious person ?

why?
because it breaks game rule that states that capitals are not allowed in high sec?
and ones CCP fixed it, they had to bow down to spam on forums?
