This character has very basic skills and attributes but have the below skills all at 5 for creation of an alliance.
Corporation Management 5
Empire Control 5
Megacorp Management 5
Ethnic Relations 5
In Eve
If you buy this character you will be able to setup a decent Alliance. If you want after you have created an alliance you to can sell this toon on making back the isk you have spent on him.
Bid start: 1Bil
Bid incraments: 100M
Auction ends: 1440 04/SEP/08
Buy out: make me a offer ;)
NOTE: This is a Alt please do not mail me, instead mail the person that the isk is to be sent to.

Thanks for your bid. As I said above if once you've used this toon you have no need for it you can easily do as im doing and sell it on and make your isk back ^^
