My level 3 Quality +18 Command Agent seems to have had a mysterious change in behaviour recently.
When I first started using her, i got an implant on my third mission, and another one about 50 missions later.
Now my standing is about 8.00, and I havent had one for about 300+ missions. I get plenty of courier missions (about 15-25%) and numerous important courier missions, but these just drop shuttles and tech 2 building components.
Is this normal? I though you were supposed to get more implants as your standing went up, not the reverse.

LOL, browsing the forums, the first 2 threads I go in, you're going on at people about the EULA and the wrong forum. 
And to meowcat, I believe there is a good blog somewhere from papasmurf on the frequency of implants and how the numbers are worked out for them to be dropped.

He's right, if you looked in the correct forum, you would see a sticky talking about implant missions as well as the numerous other implant related posts.

Well while it's true you should have posted this question in the proper forum for a quicker answer to your inquiry it is also true you should have realised that this board is filled with anal retentive, pedantic wannabe moderators

The only thing I can advice you to do is to switch between agents .. for some reason agents seem to exhaust their supplies of "goodies" and need to restock ;)
This is just a wild theory i have lived by and it works pretty good .. I have 4 diffrent agents I switch between and get inplants around each 30-50 mission ..
