BMI might have some trouble, some mathematical ruffles at the edges and naturally folks have varying physiologies but in general like I said BMI is a quite accurate tool for prognosis (although it makes it easier that most folks die of heart disease anyways) You'll want to be certain you speak to a doctor before you start your new diet!
