I tried to join the NPC corp "Amarr Navy". I checked a couple of things like "I want to be allowed to manipulate corp items in space". They didn't like that, so they made me another offer where I didn't have any influence. I decided to accept it, but when I did, I just got an Eve-mail stating that the corp doesn't negotiate contract terms, but that they had sent me a new offer. The "new" offer is the exact same as the previous, and when I accept that, I just get another Eve-mail with the same message - and so I seem to be stuck in a loop.
I then tried to decline the offer and wanted to make a fresh application, but now I just see a window that says that I have declined to join, and not the usual application window. It has been that way for 3 days now!  Is there any way I can reapply?

You't now.
It works like this: If you don't meet the req to join the first time the "New offer" will loop endlessly. If you reject therir offer you can never join them unless CCP changes something. So forget about Amarr navy.

LOL! Piquet is my second character, I chose him by mistake when I wrote the message I never play him though, being minmatar just wasn't me I guess
