I tried to join the NPC corp "Amarr Navy". I checked a couple of things like "I want to be allowed to manipulate corp items in space". They didn't like that, so they made me another offer where I didn't have any influence. I decided to accept it, but when I did, I just got an Eve-mail stating that the corp doesn't negotiate contract terms, but that they had sent me a new offer. The "new" offer is the exact same as the previous, and when I accept that, I just get another Eve-mail with the same message - and so I seem to be stuck in a loop.
I then tried to decline the offer and wanted to make a fresh application, but now I just see a window that says that I have declined to join, and not the usual application window. It has been that way for 3 days now! Is there any way I can reapply?

If you want i can give you quite a good place within a corp.
but you would need to travel to the piekura system??

You used to need a standing of at least 2.0 to join a NPC corp. If you dont have that, then perhaps thats why.

If you join an NPC corp whats the benefit? do you get access to npc corp hangers for equiptment and such like?

Okay thanks. I'll try again when I get 2.0 (have 1.10 now).
LimpChimp: Thanks for the offer, I thought I was about to join P.I.E (I prefer an Amarr only corp), but I don't think I will join a player corp at the moment, so now I'm looking to join a NPC corp, preferably Amarr Navy

Well the offer was there. LOL
gl getting in but I can tell you now there is very little chance you will make it into the corp if you have rejected the offer or not got the standings you need.
That is not meant in a nasty way that is just how it is I am afreaid.

Thanks a lot  I just learnt that once you decline an offer, you can never join again - tough luck...

No they do NOT have hangars for their members.

the only way to get that kind of access is to join a player corp and have that option made available to you.

Bad news if they ain't fixed it yet.
If you apply to join a npc corp before your rating hits 2.0, there's a looping bug which prevents you from joining up once your at 2.0.
This was the case a few months ago, i dunno if they have fixed it yet, but it's a bugger if they havn't and you realy want in
