The reason I ask is that I've had a few nasty run-ins with some of the members of that alliance, and despite my initial nice demeanor towards them during chats on local, they insisted that my one-man corp posed a threat to them and their belts.
After being podded twice by members of JQA, and not being allowed to join their alliance, for whatever reason  , I've decided to ally with their enemies, a course of action I did not want to proceed with.
Anyone wishing to crush JQA, please EVE-Mail me ingame so we can crush JQA and move all of them back to Empire space. .
It would be helpful of you already have an established corp. willing to fight them, however, if you are a soloer, you're welcome to join my corp.
If you are interested in crushing JQA, please do not reveal yourself on this post, only through EVE-Mail, where we can discuss the initial plans to take them out.

...that's a strange one... Generaly we give a 5 minute warning to leave, unless ya get to talk to anyone responsible (generaly senate or trim guys), or you are marked as "persona non-grata"
...even so that's kinda weird...
[EDIT]: or we could be on a xenophobia rush by the time, and generaly we tend to be suspicious of such things (specially alts and 1-man corps)

I'd say tht most alliances would agree with JQA on the alt/1 manner issue. Ask SA/CA warriors why.

Everybody hates JQA, Hell if you look at my standings they all hate me, give me a headsup if anyone's gonna fight JQA .... Feel like kicking some of thier ass.
If you asked why, that a damn long story, lets just say they have alliance rules when they suit them, but when the rules should suit others there are no rules anymore all of a sudden.

^^^^ as i said they only have rules when it suits them.
Oh and thier are protecting it so hard because its the ONLY constelation in the syndicate where Crockite spawns ....... and DO (KM7 also has some DO)

Anyway jqa are no fun :) Why not do something more interesting instead and do a "lets crush CA/M0o/SA instead" How very original of you.
Its very dissapointed that some people take things like that so seriously, this is a game after all man , chill. Im sure there are plenty of alliances which will tale such a ..... ehm..."social"... player as you ehehe why not apply to CA or SA ?

Starting another flame thread (kill the JQA) its just being juvinile & petulant - live with your mistakes.
I am saddend that you to decided to test the laws of natural selection; but you were warned & even encouraged to join one of the local corps so as to thrive & not be at the mercy of anyone with a gun.
The advice was given in good faith with your wellbeing in mind (especialy as your moa was hopelessy outclassed in 0.0)
Yes I was one of the 'Nice ones' & now sadly a dissapointed one.

As far as remember during fleet actions you were in local avoiding convos. Not a good idea when there is a war on. I've not seen an application for membership on the JQA forums either. If you want to join our enemies try DNA, Mafia and percent20. Although they will pod you on sight unless they've put another solo player upto a slating match on the forums.
BTW for any people travelling in the area and are podded by any of the local pirates they are flying around pretending to be JQA to stir up trouble. They have changed their corp descriptions and bios to show the JQA tag. Don't believe me check percent20s corp description.
Simplistic proganda post which a lot of people seem to have fallen for. So if anyone has been podded by JQA please post the convo prior to podding and the name of the person who podded you and we'll confirm whether it is the JQA or not and the reason behind it.
For all those peaceful pilots heading towards JQA space please take note of the cans at the gate and the warnings and convos and I can assure you no hotilities will be entered into.

We don't wish a "nasty run-in" with any of our members.... and its sad you had to take the action you did to get retribution! 
We try to make make a corner of space our own, and be fair and just there.... make some friends, have some fun etc. We don't intend to anger anyone but we have to enforce some rules to ensure equality and fairness.
Gimme a shout in game and we'll talk.... less your already here and blockading the system  ..... I hope not.
"Can I here the knocking"....... no.... not really. Jerrico are good people from what we hear.... it would become a greater travesty for them to become embroiled in this affair.

Sorry I came across as angry...this is not the case. I understand that this is just a part of the game, and I am only playing my part.
I entered the space that JQA claims, and was told to leave. I didn't want to leave, so I asked how I could stay. That first person I spoke with said that I had to leave because the "person in charge" said that they wanted me out of their space. Since I hadn't made any acts of agression towards JQA, I didn't see how this made any sense.
So Kari, my point is that I'm not angry at all. Just confused with some of JQA's policies. I tried reasoning with quite a few of JQA's members, I'm not sure now if you were one of them, but beyond that, you (and by "you" I mean JQA) did not want to listen.
So in the spirit of EVE, and following your example, I simply want to crush those who don't listen to me.
I really have nothing against any one member of JQA (except maybe two), just the JQA alliance. So nobody should see this as an angry post directed towards them. Just a call to arms for those who feel the same way I do.
That being said, if there are people out there who are angry with you, I will gladly side with them as we have a common interest.
I really could care less about the DO located in "JQA space" at this point. I just want to abolish JQA, no harm no foul.

We respond better if you ask before you enter. It was'nt a good time to be a stranger. To be honest at the time you turned up its a show of JQA tolerance that you were even spoken to.
I remember being asked who you were I assumed you to be part of the enemy force we were engaged with at the time.

I respond better to not being shot at, as I assume most people do.
In addition to that, I assumed that some of you were kind enough to leave one ship alone, and in asking for that I offered friendship, but in return, I've gone through 2 clones. Not that it bothers me. I specifically make sure that I have a A+++ clone before entering any 0.0 area.
I understand why you assumed that I was the enemy, but if that was the case, why did I not shoot first?
Why did I offer friendship? and Why did I come back a second time, and still not shoot first?
JQA's assumptions in my case were obviously devoid of pure common sense. Regarding my "non-response" to those communicating to me on local, why would I respond when the last time I did, I ended up podded.
Anyway, this is a major digression from the initial point of this discussion, which was that I was only looking for those willing to go into battle against JQA, and not to have many replies.
I apologize for angering anyone.

We are 'at war' with JQA, but I would sooner fight along side them than fight with someone who posts something like this everytime an Alliance blows up their frigate or cruiser. JQA is not a threat to you or anyone else. They have at most 2 constellations, only one of which they patrol with any force. They are simple entrepreneurs trying to make some money not harming anyone, and the only people that come towards the dead end constellation are threats, so blowing up your Moa is understandable.

As to the incident that resulted in your dislike of the JQA. We, like most alliances, defend the space we claim to the best of our ability. That includes keeping non-members out whenever possible. The first incident should have been sufficient to let you know there was the potential for violence if you entered our space. Your best bet at that point would have been to contact a member of the leadership via evemail, to ask for information on joining the alliance. NOT to show up again. If nothing had changed since the first time you entered, you can't be surprised that you were fired on a second time.
However, I can tell you that the JQA would be hesitant to vote in a corp with only 1 member. While we have no rule against it, I can honestly say that I doubt the Senate would approve the application.
Martinus, your situation was quite different from Draysea's. It is a long story, no need to rehash it here, but I don't really feel you were treated unfairly. Your corp ultimately cooperated, and we held a fair vote on the matter. There were no guarantees, and truly no bad blood on our end of it. Its just business. And our rules were followed. Our Charter is available in the Public section of the forum listed above, avaiable for anyone to read. We did not violate that Charter in our dealing with you (or indeed with anyone else).
To put this simply, we are a small alliance. The space we claim is also small, at the end of a dead-end chain. It is not a unique area, there are others that are similar. We are friendly enough to those that come with friendship, and unfriendly to those that do not. In a game that seems intended to be about conquest of territory, or claims are small, but we will defend them to the best of our ability. If that forces you to dislike us, then so be it. We'll see you in game.
All JQA members, please do not respond to any flames on the boards. Thank you.

Hmmmzzz, how to properly formulate this.
JQA "think" they are big, but they aren't. JQA "think" they are powerfull but they aren't. But they knew they could crush you in like an instant cause your alone. If you would have come in a BS with 3 others they would prolly not do the same to you.
And to all the ppl that say this is just about a "Moa", WTF has a ship todo with this, if i would fly into NORAD territory and got ganked instantly without any reasonable convo and started a topic here everyone would be shocked and all. It's the fact with JQA visitors are always KOS, alltough they want you to believe otherwise.
that itself is understandable, and thier choice. Tho what they have to accept is that they won't make friends this way. And consider thier size they "IMHO" only have to make a couple of stupid moves to get thier ass Seriously kicked by the one they annoyed.
