its like most useless feature ever?
Sig removed, inappropriate content. Signature graphics may only contain your character name, corporation logo, corporation or personal slogan or other text that is directly related to your in-game persona, or content directly related to EVE Online. All content must be in good taste ~Saint |

Certainly sounds that way, but I think there is potential for usefulness in there somewhere.
Nonetheless, this is an obvioustroll, and in a parallel world where this forum has better moderation, this thread has already been locked.

Edit- actually, I'm concerned about these certificates, in my younger years I would often lie about what skills I had in order to put myself in better positions to...to.. err.. well that's not important but I found LYING very useful in EVE, this kills that stone cold dead. |

They are to certify that you are certified. At something. Probably.
And probably give us a new isk sink. \o/
Maybe give people a little direction when they are casting about in a moment of doubt.
And hell... maybe we can make an I Love Me wall once Ambulation gets here. Who doesn't want that?

Isn't the obvious msot effective use on these in showing a new corp "what you're made of"? 
I find that usable enough. |

In fact, you posted an OP with a faceless alt which offered nothing more than a question which has already been discussed in existing threads on this topic, contributing nothing but a pointless thread.
Despite this, I offered my considered opinion on the matter before pointing out this obvioustroll.
Therefore it can plainly be seen that you are the one trolling, whereas I am simultaneously forum warrioring and contributing constructively.

Maybe its so you can show your ceo that you can fly a type of ship with out having to let them see all your skills so you can then use the corp dreads for an op or somthing like that. Or its just to showoff to random guys (that you dont know)that you have maxed out skills for one ship
