So my char is up for auction. I do have a minimum price, but dont mind.. I am sure you guys will go way over that.. ;)
The char has almost all learning skills to IV needs like 5 days of training for all to be IV.
Has Caldari Frig V - flying cov ops, inty's etc.
7days from Caldari Cruiser V - Which meens almost Cerb.
Uses t2 cruise missiles launchers!

Hi,
I was looking at your character and would like to buy him, but first, could you please post the characters security status, the status of his wallet (as in does it have isk in it or have a negative balance) and does the character have kill rights on him and will he be in a safe system at the time of transfer.
If I like what I see I can send you 1.5 billion isk for him.

Oh, BTW, to fly hacs you need weapons upgrades to 5, Spaceship Command to 5, Assult ships to 4, Mechanic and Engineering to 5, and um, you don't, so that Cerb is still about 2m skill points away

I can confirm that the character can fit t2 shield extenders, t2 invul field, t2 shield booster, t2 cruise launchers, t2 ballistic control systems, t2 PDU's.
And have acces to a lvl 4 quality 18 agent in Auvergne.
Isk goes to Hybschmann.
