Why is this board is soo full of hate ? where does this all come from people. Wake up people this is a game for having fun whever you are pvper or carebear.
Why do i keep hearing so many flames , personal attacks , various Crush this , destroy that, stupid carebears them,***** pirates that, everybody hates, lets kill. Why is everyone so intent on making the lifes of other players so miserable and causing so much grief as possible ?
IT doesn't have to be like this , where are some very well-spoken pirates and mercenary corps - If they podd you they don't try to humiliate you they thank you for the fair sport. Why does this forum is soo full of hate. Stop and think about how your words might affect other people before you say them.

Lack of perspective
Lack of consequences
Faceless distance of a make-believe cyber world
All contribute to people behaving like complete idiots.

Welcome to reality. The truth is Eve is a very engrossing, intellectual game, and people are reacting on the boards as they probably would in real life to attacks on them, etc. This can also be considered part of the game (RP), but has gone too far I think as well. I agree with you that most people get too into the game to actually get RL upset with things and thus say things a little out of order. But hey, it's an intense game, and I love it. Though to summarize I do agree people should try to tone it down and keep things civil on the boards. I hate smacktalking and flaming.

I think it revolves around the reality that in Eve, pvp'ing means risking the ship that you worked hard for.
It's not like an FPS where you're playing for a good kill/death ratio or the respect of your clanmates.
Losing ships in Eve stings, plain and simple. If we could log on, choose "battleship class" and instantly spawn in a Scorpion it would be different.
