Eve online is a great game, thats a fact and if you're reading this then you probably agree.
I been playing this game for four years, more than most and not as long as quite a few.
I am gonna get a load of hassle for posting this, but I don't give a fk, for those of you that know me, you know why, for those that don't, well you can make you own mind up.
Don't bother to flame my alliance, it's nothing to do with them, I fly with them because, like a lot of you, it's good to log on and speak to ppl that you are familiar with.
Don't bother to insult me as a carebear or a miner, I am a pvper and I am always on the front line, before you shout me down, while I do not claim to be the best or even good at what I do, check your killboard, it's a descent chance that I have killed more of you than you have killed me.
So, what's my point then ?
I am heart sick at being cheated out of my chance to pvp.
I am sick of the tactics used over the past four years by band of brothers.
From 4 years ago, when it was just the naive COD, who allowed you to 'blue' a corp that was obviously giving you intel, to more modern times, where you have gained the ability and the lowness to infiltrate even ccp and destroy my game that I pay for.
In what I can only decribe as another 'hax' tonight, BOB somehow managed to so limit a portion of the eve server, that 'less' than 150 pilots were unable to travel 3 jumps in 17 minutes and 48 seconds, into a destination system that head less than 200.
This lag miraculously cleared within 30 seconds of them taking down the PURE cynojammer.
I've seen it too many times, I suppose that my little voice is not important enought to register an article iin the NY times and I don't have a friend at ccp, so I will continue to do what I can to stop this obvious exploitation, by x'ing up and keeping fighting.
I'm fighting for an ideal, against a foe that will stop at nothing to win, even when winning becomes moot, because they have all the cards.
Cheats never prosper, but they do unfortunately.

Ye I know how it looks on caod but it's what was felt by everyone in that fleet, of just 100 or so ppl trying to make just 3 jumps and it took 'just' long enough for the jammer to go down.
I am just the person who is who is willing to come on here and say it and to the devil with the consequences.

ok I'm def going to bed now.
My last thought, this ones for CCP, because whike this maybe a drunken ramble, it is based on 'FOUR YEARS' of watching tha same crud, ever since bnc left fade and joined bob.
I hope that in two weeks, when 'warhammer online' kicks off.
You reap the benefits of supporting BOB, I hope your theory of supporting a powerbloc that you envisaged as a 'wooden spoon' for 0.0 environment pays off.
I'd hate to think that all the thousands of players that were cheated out of a fair fight, fked off and joined another game.

In no way am I slagging off or trying to demean the average bob pvper, I have the utmost respect for bob pilots and would not try to say that any victory you guys 'earn' by your skills is not deserved.
the people that matter 'know' what I am talking about, if you don't know then I'm afraid you're either ignorant, an alt who knows or a main that is just tripping on the coat tails.
