Difficult to say due to the enormous amount of info you didn't state.
Perhaps they're working on it
perhaps you typed something like "I wuz flyin mah rafen and all of a sudden it blew up, gief bak ma rafen or I'll cansel!!!" and they're just laughing at you
Perhaps you stated some things that just take time to backtrack.
Perhaps you didn't include enough info on the petition(just like you did in this post) for them to work with.
perhaps you have filed 15 bazillion petitions before who were based on nothing and they put you on hold.
Who knows.

Maybe they are working on it but they do reply and say something while they are working on it...
actually it took me 30 mins to write the petition I know it has the information I am 100% sure of that.
it may take time to backtrack cause its something that happen over 5 months ago.
and I only took 2 seconds to write this topic thats why it lacks all the information about my petition that is non of you're concern

How are we supposed to answer your question then? there's different types of petitions and they all have their own queues. If you fail to give info then we can't help, therefore the whole thread is moot.

it is in the creating character queue I am trying to restore a character sometimes they will sometimes they wont its a 50/50 but it is taking so long for them to take a look at it

Dude, restoring a character deleted that long ago is going to take weeks, if not a month or more. Sit tight and wait, they're not going to be emailing you with constant updates
