To the OP: If you don't like the EULA, then you have the right to play something else instead. You agreed to it when you signed up. It doesn't matter when the server is patched, someone will be affected by it. Call the police if you think they're stealing from you.
You're affected by this no more than anybody else. I suggest a good book, a bit of television or perhaps even a nice brisk walk to pass the time. Me... I might go and pleat a few sections of my bodily hair.

to the '3 day old and now loosing SOOOOO much money etc': i wish i knew where i put that link for 'you are an idiot website' ill look for it and email ya.
anyway i can give you one example of paying for patches, the amount of fixes and development in each patch since i started playing has been far, far, FAR more than EA have ever done in their fps 'expansion packs'. Yes developers will bring out regular free patches that fix issues that frankly shouldnt be there in the first place, or those fixes for the whiners, 'his guns too big this isnt fair'. But when it comes down to it, they are changing the EASIEST of coding, NOT giving you; an entirely new storyline, a new set of missions, new parts to a developing universe.
to those who think that taking down a game that is as indepth and varied as we have, for what 3 euro cents (thats 6 US cents )worth of play time, during A WORKING DAY here in europe be a silly choice for the consumer (update when really most ppl are working), you clearly CLEARLY should not be playing a game based on logic, intelligence and a lot of patience.
rant over.... now roll on 19:00 GMT and lemmi put another skill on
