Well...i'm looking for something special - what i want is:
Covert Ops V
Frigate V (any Race)
Cloacking IV
Astrometrics IV
Astrometic Triangulation IV
Astrometic Pinpointing IV
Signal Aquisition IV
Afterburners IV
Other Skills are not required and i'm sorry, but i'm not willing to pay much for additional Skills like BS, Gunnery or related Stuff.
Show me what you have and name a price for it.

hmm, im not offering a character, but i would suggest a caldari, as they have the best electronics skills, and their covert ops are the best imho |

Judme skills linkage
He does fall slightly short in Astrometic Triangulation and Astrometic Pinpointing (has has III in both), but training those to IV is not a big job.
Comes with a double Gravity Capacitor rigged Minmatar Cov Ops with cloak and probe launcher. Perfect for all your scanning needs.
I guess the only wasted skill points so far as you are concerned is Cruiser V. It does open the door to Recons though if you are interested.
3 bill and he's yours.
What do you think?

Well he also has the Problem, that Cov Ops is just at IV - and that 3 bill are too much for an eight million skillpoint char - sry

Oops sorry I didn't notice the requirement for Covert Ops V.
How about I train Triangulation and Pinpointing up to IV, then start on Covert Ops V? That will add about a million SP.
Even without these, in the rigged Covert Ops provided his scan times are pretty good.
In the meantime, if you change your mind or want to make me a lower offer then feel free to.
