Edited by: MirrorGod on 04/09/2008 12:05:32 With all the propaganda in the warmachine these days, I tend to shy away from ranting and raving about every engagement that goes down. With that noted, the soldiers of the Minmatar Militia impressed me last night on a routine incursion into Kamela. After the Imperial Crusade were initially able to thwart a gatecamp on Tuomata, the Tribal fleet returned in full force to meet and ultimately reduce to slag the so-called Golden Fleet. The incursion lasted over 3 hours, the final engagement alone saw guns hot for over 45 minutes.
A full report is avaiable on Heretic ComNet [>]
A salute to the soldiers of the Minmatar Militia, the discipline and cohesion demonstrated in the operation were second-to-none. To my enemies, your empire will still burn to the ground, make no mistake, but I commend you for your tenacity, many returned to the battlefield with second and third ships in desperate claim to thwart us; respectable, even if these efforts were in vain.

Its a shame i had to leave after the first victory by our Amarr forces but i was present enough to see that you brought in nearly twice your original number and your original number already out numbered the amarr fleet that proceeded to destroy your first fleet.
I do also remember you fleeing in your zealot and returning shortly after to deal alot of your "propaganda" which made you look like a fool and the heathen you are.
Continue with your propaganda but hiding behind a lie will only last so long.

Indeed, so we conclude the minmatar must feel quite insecure.

We found it quite amusing, as does the first part of your tale which apart from the fact only a blackbird and your own zealot remained on the field of battle at the end of the confrontation, the rest is almost entirely a lie.
Continue with your propaganda but hiding behind a wall of lies will only last so long.
May i also add that interceptor you apparently "mopped" up could of been me as i remember being fired upon by your zealot while i tackled a Blackbird, however i did survive and will continue to laugh at your insolent excuse of an exsistence.
Are you happy in la la land?

Which is what exactly? Not having a single minmatar system? Or how about using neutrals to do your fighting for you? No? Station camping all the fun in the universe?

Whilst anyone reading MirrorGod's reports would get the impression that the Minmatars (led by an Amarrian-born overlord, I note) won this particular engagement, it is of course worthwhile putting it into the proper context.
The pertinent figures from yesterday's statistics are:
Amarr Empire: # 2,780 pilots enrolled # 131 kills # 3,456 victory points
Minmatar Republic: # 3,951 pilots enrolled # 127 kills # 2,790 victory points
I'm sure that readers will be able to read these numbers and draw their own conclusions on the state of the conflict.

Lord Blake already placed the info on the numbers, and it is quite obvious that we are doing quite better than you are, noting that we have more than one thousand pilots less. Now, you have to add to this that we have already retaken three of the six lost systems, and under conditions that are quite more difficult than those you had when you originally had to take them, as bunkers have become less vulnerable lately as we all know.
So, do you still feel so high and mighty?

You're going to use numbers to try to negate the state of affairs? Even from that perspective, it still doesn't work out for the Amarr.
All-time Averages:
Minmatar- 227 kills daily 11,122 victory points daily 6 enemy systems controlled daily
Amarr- 164 kills daily 10,578 victory points daily 1 enemy systems controlled daily
It only took you 2 months to undo only half of what we did in 2 weeks. Congratulations, but you've got a lot more work to do.

God's work is never done, and this war is far from over. Yes, there is much room for improvement left in the Crusade. Adversity and setback have been companions to the Golden Fleet, but as with all challenges the Lord sets before us, we will overcome them in time. We have already reclaimed systems that were once lost and the casualties continue to rise for your brethern despite the 24th being outnumbered. Each day, we inch closer to the Republic's borders; closer to victory. It may not be within our lifetime, Matari, but rest assured: the heretic and anarchist will burn before the might of Empire-loyalist weaponry.
To save your own soul, and those you care for, I say this:
Cease, and Repent.

Of course it is taking us more than it has taken you, as we lack the surprise factor you had. Now, bunkers require a lot more Victory Points than they required when you took them, so it is easier for you to keep them than it was for us. And indeed, all-time averages are on your side, no one negates the simple truth that the Minmatarr surprise strike at the beggining of the war was highly succesful.
But that only hides that it has been quite some time now when the Minmatarr militia simply retreats, step by step, further. Battle defeats, systems lost, etc. I remember a time when it was highly dangerous to roam our systems in the Bleak Lands due to the constant Minmatarr presence in them. All that is lost, most of the Bleak Lands are secure for all Amarr to fly through without danger, and we can venture into the Minmatarr zones with half the risk we had to take to do it back then.
