Looking to buy a Gallente/Amarr pilot specializing in pewpew. I'd like to see relatively balanced learning skills and the ability to fly battleships fairly well. Majority of points should be in gunnery, drones, mechanic, learning, navigation and spaceship command if t2 ship are an coming into play.
Please no cross training or random SP. Base skills should be V. (If you think your close to what I'm looking for feel free to post it, not gonna hurt.)
Looking to spend 2b. Paying approx: 200m isk per 1m SP.
Might possibly be interested in a Minmatar character also... Above applies, except a bit of skill in engineering wouldn't hurt. And missiles? Do Minmatar even use use missiles?... Err... right.

Has all support done, trained for intys and dictors but is <20 from a well skilled battleship. Looking for 2.2bil or 200mil/1mil sp.
