This has actually been sat on HDD for awhile, been staring at it so long and messing about with it etc that i couldnt get it right, eventually took all effects off and just put it as a pvp video. Altho i have made attempts at making it look good.
Its a gig... im hoping someone can encode this one for me as every attempt i make just fails and simply de-syncs the video to audio and its kind of annoying, so if anyone would like to help me and others watch it on a smaller download size much appreciated.
The fight with a megathron was a throw away npc ship when i relised for the last time i cba to get my sec up, so dont worry its not a regular thing for me i really dont like megathrons.
I had alot of footage that i couldnt put in as the video would be over an hour long, killing Gallente has been fun  never have i seen or come across a more sorry excuse of "lets wait until we have 10 times kessahs numbers" in my entire eve experience, im just happy i brought them a fight.
The video is what to expect from me, solo / small gang pvp being outnumbered and outgunned. Ive tried to make it as enjoyable to watch as i could guys, but been staring at it so long its hard to tell >.<
Anyways tl;dr version, hope you enjoy it, sorry bout the size. (il update my sig later 2day)

bwhahahaha! That made me laugh. Yup ive encoded it 3 times before using Auto Encoder, and that other one suggested both cut 5 seconds off the begining and then desync'ed the video. Unfortunetly. That said, once you've seen it, can always delete it

Slagged me on forums with 3rd hand evidence. There was afair few 1v1's i frapsed when i offered out 1v1 to some of the biggest smacktalkers in eve, you'd be surprised how quiet they become when you call them out... and how polite they get after having the asses handed them.

Just a question, did you scrap 90% of the fights you were in or are you that lucky wrt jamming? Compared to you I play Falcons online (not really, BBs and Scorpions too  )

I simply scout and gain as much intel as i can before engaging, unless feeling suicidal. Generally though i wont engage if a falcon is present. Theres little point, we all know its the one ship that slows the progress of solo pvp.
Nanos seem to be my only obstacle, tbh they only need to make one mistake... all too common thankfully

First of all, awesome video once again.
Second, I tried to convert it to MKV and got the desync. I think the problem is that the music starts before the video frames in the original cut, because the MKV starts the video right away, omitting the blank screen you have at first when the music starts. No a pro video editor, but thats my guess.
Still though, worth the gig, very nice.

I do beleive this is my favorite pvp vid of 2008 so far.

*shrugs* I like watching EVE vids, really, but not everyone has uberfast conns or unlimited d/l limits / HDD space.
Want to encode an uber-HQ .WMV that's 1GB? Fine, nothing wrong with that for the people willing to D/L it (such as you) Some people aren't though, and if you don't make a smaller version they probably won't watch your vid at all.

That reminds me of a fitting thread long ago where somebody mentioned you need a Hauler with Cap Charges to keep a Dualrepp Abaddon running, gess what?
Also this guy that mentioned that it is unfair to get bumped by a non Outlaw hauler and he can¦t shoot back because of the sentrys was quite funny. If you can¦t take sentrys while taking down a hauler in a BS you dooing it wrong.

even though this vid was huge i dl it in 15 mins and believe me i have a decent comp and connection so nothing great so tbh do away with compression \o/

It's okay, Taylor04 can download it in 15 minutes. That's all that matters, right? Nevermind the people who had to leave their comps on overnight while the D/L crawled at 25kb/sec huh? They're nubs anyway right?

Hey Chris u did me a favour and i appreciate that; your efforts are by no way means unappreciated, but after putting in the effort of making the video and seeing what the encoder did to the video, i didnt like what it looked like.
Theres twitching to black, the intro is slightly pixelated, theres a low quality jpeg type effects around the modules and chat boxes in the fraps and theres audio desync when the 3rd song hits when the first big fight happens agaisnt the gallente fleet.
Some things that only i would notice as it was my intentions when rendering it.
Like i said im very thankful, but i also would rather the quality. If people like the video they will download it, be it through suggestion or because they've seen what ive made before, either way its something thats guna get downloaded for what it is not what size it is and if im wrong then it doesnt matter. The people i cared about viewing it have already seen it.

I always kicked myself for not letting you kill the Sacriledge in the first fight, and I didn't finish him either because I didn't want to drop my sec. status any further (he and the Phobos weren't flashy to me). Sorry. 
Very awesome video, top notch fights, music, editing etc. I hate large files but well worth the 1gb.

Windows media player should play it. Odd.
Try VLC if windows media players doesnt do its job.

What version of Windows media player have you got?, though i doubt thats the problem..
Very strange, some kind soul im sure with better Windows knowledge than me might be able to help you, dont delete it yet though heh

Myself, Cortex Reaver and Ridik ulass, had decided back in May that the next video i made would need a kick ass 'original' soundtrack and fights to match, took all three of us sending each other mp3's over msn many months to finally decide on the music. So 100% of the credit goes to them both for introducing me to such awesome electro music and bringing me to ireland to finally meet them. Thanks guys.
Im personally looking forward to seeing and hopfully meeting mr Felix Cartel in Ireland in November.

The mkv that was made wasn't up to my standard, i gratefully appreciated Rawr Cristina's time and effort with encoding the video and uploading it and i believe Cristina respects my decision or at least feels its my decision to make, but i personally didn't feel it was up to par with the original render, thus i do not endorse any version in mkv format so far.
The gig size is final, i hate that it is so big, but i do not wish to sacrifice quality because of it, creators decision.
If you do not want to view because of this, i apologise, but unfortunately it is how it is.

Most are too careful and do not know how well there ship will hold under sentries so wont shoot it, that and the fact that industrials a combat industrial. Blockade runner that has about 13k shields with favourable resistances with a +2 warp strength.
He would; if attacked be warped off and back, i also have him with 6 medium secure containers filled with ammo, so if anyone did get wise and blow him up, he'd litter the area with cargo filled with ammo
They didnt shoot it because he is a neutral bystander. The simple fact is, my setups have always been heavy cap hungry so i use this tactic to hold what is the best non officer tank out there, thats able to keep a target pinned.

Friend brought up the topic of EVE and after watching some trailers and looking at my old screenshots I missed how much fun I had. Just trying to figure out what direction to go now, concerning ships/skills (heh, had that dilemma before i quit). Looking forward to talking to you in game.
