I have lvl 4 lai dai(caldari)+ republic fleet(minmatar), lvl 3 gallente navy and and just reached lvl 2 on amarr navy.
I have 2 questions..
How active is your corp?
Do you allow piracy?

These are actually two very common questions I recieve.
Umbra legion does not tolerate piracy, or Local Channel/CAOD Smaktalk from its members, and it normally results in a boot from the corp.
I hope that all applicants have a polite, friendly attitude, and can appreciate its value in a MMORPG.
We aren't as active in the Australian/Pacific Timezone as id like, but we have quite a few members in the EURO and US timezones, all active, with the exception of a few of the older members on breaks.
I boot inactive memebrs who do not mail or convo me to arrange long term absences, I understand RL issues pop-up sometimes, and so aslong as i'm informed its ok.
I understand that running a corp is effectivly running a social club, and that I am expected to provide a framework for mission runners that enjoy solo PVE aswell as Fleet PVE.
"Mandatory Corp Fleet" ops aren't my style. I will never demand your playtime. Instead I hope to eventually have enough Members that Fleets are nuturally formed by pilots wanting co-op PVE, anytime of the week.
I will continue searching for the right applicants untill this goal is reached.
Hopefully this all explains my corp and membership offer alittle better, if there are more questions from any interested pilots I am alwlays willing to answer emails or have a chat ingame. I have recieved quite a few interesting applications so far, and hope to see more in the future.

I have recieved quite a few applications, so it will take me a day or two to reply to them all.
I am not to concerned with which Caldari Corporations applicants run missions for, as long as they are lvl 4 Agents.
This ensures that pilots allready have good Ingame Knowledge and ship fitting skills, and will have a derived Amarr Empire standing that will allow low levels Amarr agent access immediatly, without the need for boring lvl 1 agents.
I'm still interestested in more applications from pilots witha passion for PVE.

Try new Regions fresh with marketing oppurtunitys, Less local pests and spam. Be rewarded with LP that's worth something still..
I'd love to see more Evemails from New Zealand, Australian, and other pacific area pilots.

Please remmeber, the more you include in the introduction letter, including your timezone etc, the easier it is for me to catchup with you.

I am still looking for experienced lvl 4 Caldari Mission runners willing to relocate to amarr Space in order to enjoy my fine Amarr Mission running corp.
I hope this oppurtunity atracts a few more interested Caldari pilots, and Applications from pilots allready running Amarr missions are ofcourse welcome, but I do look for a Minumum age and Standings.

I've ha alot of interested pilots contact me, and have been able to work through applications, If unseccessfull i have mailed you with reasons why, and included a few corp names that might be better suited.
This is a great oppurtunity for Pilots bored with solo missions, and wanting to jion a community of PVE enthuesists; Gain the supprot you need to enjoy lvl 5's and Advanced Cosmos missions, with pilots you can easily relate to and chat with.
I am still interested in new applicants, If Umbra Legion sounds like what you need, Evemailme, or convo me when im online.

Please remember to include your timezone in the Application letter.
I've had problems getting to chat with alot of applicants who have put me in their adressbook allowing Auto-Accept into chat, when they are afk (i assume becuase its 2am where they are, and fallen asleep at keyboard)
Please include as much details in any mail, it helps with a smoother transition.

Thanx to all the applicants that have tried so far.
The only people I will consider without lvl 4 Amarr/Caldari agent access are RL friends of applicants, who still share the same interests as their friends.

I had some computer issues late yesterday and was unable to chat with a couple of interested pilots, please remember to Mail me with your details, including timezone, aswell as goals, as it makes it muchh easier for me to get in touch.
There are Corp offices in the Sarum prime School, aswell as new office in Youl for pilots Eager to speed up their application process.

Thanks to those who got in conatact over the weekend, amil and convo Enquiries were welcome, and a chat is still the best way for me to come to a Decision about if Umbra Legion will be suitable.
Please remember to include as many details as possible in your mail to me, including Timezone, likes/dislikes, short/long term goals etc.
If you dont include this basic info, I only have your employment history and standings in your bio to base priliminary filtering on, and will usually result in your application being either deleted, or put on a low prioirty call-back list.
I'm still interested in a few more new faces, and i hope Umbra legion can provide the AMARR PVE support true Enthuesists are looking for.

I will be closing this thread on friday, and will not be activly chasing down applicants for convos after this weekend.
I've worked through 80 private convos in the last month alone, close to an average of 3 per Day, sometimes many more, and it has taken a toll on my gaming time.
I would like to go back to a system of Corp recruitement through personal invitations as i have preiously done.
Hopefully this will allow me to spend more time in fleets, and enjoying the activities that i created my corp for.
Thankyou to all the interested applicants i've had so far, I hope that Unsuccessfull pilots will Find corps that suit their style, there is deffiently a corp out there for all the different varietys of the Eve-hobby.
