The video is in low quality only atm, as I am having issues with compressing my HQ version. If someone could help me with this it'd be GREATLY apprecaited. =D
232MB. - I don't have a youtube atm so :shrug:. Its not that bad. :P
Any constructive feedback/criticism is welcome, also, despite what I said at the end of the video, would any of you be interested in a 1.5 with more(or less) supercap footage and other fraps from the m-o area/bigger ships? I have plenty more from the old computer.
Lastly, enjoy as much as u can with the low quality. Once I get the HQ issue sorted, I will upload it and update link ASAP. =D

Its just a lulz intro piece. Not really a serious thing. I saved most of my supercap footage (nyx, wyvern, rag) for other intros/maybe a comedy supercap vid.

I no longer own any of my supercaps, got rid of them all when I left Raiden, BUT I have a p. decent amount of ragnarok/wyvern footage, with a bit of my nyx footage kicking around somewhere.
As I no longer own any of them, I give no fucks as far as censoring anything (thus why you could see some of the spare fittings for my ragnarok in the cargo in the intro clip). Lemme see what I can dig up and see if I can put together some sort of "lolsupercap" video.
Would anyone else be interested in that?
As for future actual srsbsns videos, those are on hold until my new comp arrives(better graphics, can run well on new monitor which IS full 1080).

After reviewing my fraps, I literally have enough for prob 2-3 more vids.
-1 Supercap(ragnarok/wyvern) nyx footage was only one clip and **** :P (I also don't fraps fleets, my 2-3 nyx were mostly used to support rag in fleets tbh)
-1 solo bomber video (I used to camp AAA JB route when I had a spy in their alliance, pre jb patch)
-another subcap pewpew video, I have tons more thrasher footage, slicer footage, spanish inquisition footage, and some astarte/talos footage too. (dual MAR talos vs 3 drakes is a VERY nice clip I have) =D
Would anyone be interested in seeing any of those. I suppose some more video making practice before I make a "real" video would be nice. :)
Also, the soundtrack for this new one would be dubstep/electro(swing)/techno, rather than rock. I wanted to do rock for first video as this will EASILY be my most terribru vid by far. Didn't wanna waste good music on bad vid.

Servant, as far as the HQ render goes - what are you using for editing, encoding, etc.? HQ render is a pretty ******* broad topic. As far as my render goes, I go fraps -> stitch everything together using virtualdub and render as AVI 2.0 w/ lagarith codec -> Sony Vegas Movie Studio hd 11 plat for editing, then render from there w/o sound back into avi w/ lagarith codec and then do a render of the audio as a wav file -> Megui to encode the AVI into a .264 and the wav to FAAC then mux them together w/ MeGui. It's a decently long process (~an hour to render video from Vegas movie studio, then overnight for the megui render) but I get pretty decent results w/ it. Some people will say it's way over the top, but really the only time that I see is the hour render from sony vegas, so it doesn't really bother me. If you want more info on exactly how I do it and all that other stuff, either hit me up in game or shoot me a PM here and I'll walk you through it. |
