And even Radar took them a few months to get in.
Take it easy. They are working hard. They might be in before Shiva if youre lucky.

If i remember correctly i just a few days ago noticed a new batch of Tech-2 patents being "predictable" by R&D agents. I think i saw RADAR and LADAR backup array II in the field of Electronic Engineering (might be another field).

I think the simple answer is they miss and/or forget about certain blueprints.

There's a even simpler answer and it doesn't even involve a mistake on CCPs end. What's supposed to be released is released, but not everything is accepted and/or put into production.

While we are on the subject of Ladar... how come the tech 1 ladar backup array original blueprint is 10mill and the other types in the same catagory (like Grav' Backup, etc) are really cheap in comparrison.

They are in Electromagnetic Engineering. Unfortunately no tech 2 jammers are though

Yea, this is real annoying...
Guess my Tempest will be staying docked for the forseeable future untill, I can get an anti-jamming setup that does not loose me a pile of slots.
