Could we please get the Federation Navy and the Federation Intelligence Office to use some Intelligence and relocate 2 of the 3 good Level 4 agents to at least other Constellations in the same system?
The average population of each of these systems is approaching 250/300 during peak times. These three agents (Aunia, Dodixie, Auvergne) send you into each other's system creating major lag.
There is a nice pocket near Foves that at least one of the agents could be moved to. There is another nice pocket one Region over in Everyshore the Aclan system could accommodate another one of these agents.
Hopefully by spreading out the agents we could spread out the market hubs and reduce lag across the board.

Agent locations on the whole really do need looking at. There's a whole lot of unnecessary lag being caused by these clusters of agents and dispersing them to other areas is a simple, cheap, effective fix that would yield a lot of improvement.

What are you talking about? I routinely mission in Auvergne and have never experienced lag in any of the three systems you mentioned and I play with 3 accounts all at once.

Population values aren't constant, odds are your lucky enough to be playing during a time where lag is at a minimum. Evenings (EVE time) during week days can get pretty bad with some hefty module activation times, weekends can be a nightmare of disconnects and powerpoint framerates.
Even Jita has regular hours during the week where everything runs quite smoothly, sunday evening though is usually another matter entirely.

Well if it matters I typically play from 2:00 to 5:00 eve time.
