You're forgetting the Jovians intel network and the fact that the Jovians have been "out of war" improving tech all this time.
They probably know all we know and more.
Scale that mothership destroying a battleship with one blast, to jovian titan and..well...ouch 
I say we attack the Jovian empire with rookie-ships and civilian blasters, they'll never see THAT coming

Meh, EVE is so balanced these days that the Jove would become a playable race, and then all other races will get "Anti-Jove" guns that basically just blows their ships faster than a webbed Ibis.
I can see it now. GD Forum flooded with;
"OMG JOVE OVERPOWERED NERF PLOX!!"
I hope it doesn't happen. Then again the last time I logged into the game was a few days ago. Put Caldari Cruiser 5 on, logged out.
Might be fun if they introduce pwn all ships for a few days before nerfing them back to the age of suck.

i can tell you to fly any jovian ship you need that ship calss in all races to 5
and who ever get the first legit jovian ship kill when they do become playable well that a epeen stroker in it self
i do believe they will be playable to but 3-4 month to fly jovian cruiser because of all other races cruiser need to be 5 well it better have some good bonuses
and get you lazor skill high aswell =)
but i dont think they will be playable as in thte charater themselves as that is to many starting SP to begin with i think we would just be allowed to use the jovian technology

Those of us who hang on the Jove channel have tons to knowledge. Everything I and others know would full pages and pages in MSword. There is a small group of us who hang around the Jove channel and collect info, like where all the agents are that give Jove standings. Info on all the different Jove bloodlines, Jove items e.c.t

It was more then a single mothership and Jove had that mothership a 150years. So todays Titants cought up with there 150 year old mothership. I think they might have moved on beyound that tech by now.

EDIT: If the other race's are still alive like the Yan Jung there is a good chance they are all at or beyound Jove tech level.
