Beta keys last I've read are not allowed to be sold via ingame means thus not subject to scamming either.

Beta Keys - or any real world item - are not to be sold for in-game money, just as in-game items may not be traded for real world money.

bought a PS3 on a sale 3 months ago exclusively to play dust, been collecting dust of it's own for a few months now :) |

In case you've forgotten the ISK in your wallet is the property of CCP, and they are fully within their rights to decide what a player can or cannot spend it on.
If they have decided to experiment with allowing players to spend imaginary money on specific real world items occasionally via special limited offers... more power to them.
Your examples are exceptions to the rule offered in a controllable, CCP monitored environment... as opposed to private real world trading/selling (of CCP properties) that offers zero protection for your expenditure.
I trust that you are simply trying to be cute and can recognize the difference.
When I check troll in the dictionary, it has a photo shopped picture of you standing somewhere in the vicinity of a point.

I have Beta tested multiple games in the past 4 years, i was involved in focus and beta testing for Borderlands and would love to play some dust and help with testing the bugs and such, i dont wanna play just for fun, but to help CCP get the game to be a refined state. send me a code!! thanks!!! |

Obviously, we have no control over where those little sheets of paper with the keys on them end up. However, please do keep in mind if you are trying to get your hands on one of those keys that even if you have the key in your hands it may still not work for you if you have not been attending fanfest.
So again, do what you want with the papers the keys are printed on if you have one, just don't sell or try using them as a base for a scam ingame (as per this announcement), as that WILL backfire on your EVE account(s) in a bad way.
