if someone sent isk to someone for a sale of a toon who wasnt selling a toon just helping someone sell it trying to find a buyer really... does the person who recived the isk have to give it back or is it the persons fault for not reading for who the isk goes to ?

the op crossposting this thread from/to other sections of the forum is against the rules .
Reading the char sale threads about this incident , It certainly appears that the op mis represented himself as a char seller to scam isk from a sale . char scams are against the rules and I expect ccp to dump on him from a great height.
If I were the person that sent the OP the isk , I would petition CCP as a char scam , get the isk returned and get the op`s chars banned ( i realise the op char is prob an alt setup to scam , but its fairly easy or ccp to cross reference )

The OP mrs rightnut , is being very disingenious here , he did not send any money to anyone , he was the recipient of 4.4 bill isk .

I don't read the other forums often and couldn't be arse'd to do as much looking as you did. I know char scams are against the rules and I figure he'd get what's coming if he did break them.

I wonder if he realizes that public opinion wont really matter if he tried to scam isk that way? I am reasonably sure scamming is not allowed in the sell order whatchamathingies
